Nonqaba Katamzi is an experienced corporate governance professional currently serving as the Group Company Secretary at The Bidvest Group Limited since August 2021. With a strong legal background, Nonqaba previously held the position of Company Secretary and Head of Legal at UBANK LIMITED from April 2019 to March 2021, and was Group Company Secretary at Group Five Construction for a decade. Early career roles include serving as Group Company Secretary for Sekunjalo Investments Limited and as a Legal Advisor at the South African Revenue Service. Nonqaba’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Arts (Law) from the University of Swaziland.
