Patricia Walt has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth since November 2017. Prior to this role, Patricia held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and in Human Resources at the same institution. Patricia's foundational experience includes working as a Practice Coordinator at Brigham and Women's Hospital from August 2004 to October 2016. Patricia earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Regis College.
