Janelle K. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Operations and Project Leadership at BidPak since November 2023, overseeing all project management initiatives. Prior to this role, Janelle was a Project Manager in People Operations at AVA Acquisitions, where new procedures were developed to enhance visibility and streamline processes. Janelle also has a background as a Project Coordinator at Emerald Talent, implementing a Recruiting Process Outsource across multiple tech startups. Previous experience includes serving as an Evidence & Records Specialist for Snoqualmie City Government, supporting police staff during the deployment of a Records Management System, and various roles in emergency communications and administrative support. Janelle holds a BA in Communication from the University of Washington and an AA in General Studies from Cascadia Community College.
