Chemerys Roman has a diverse work experience. In 2003, they founded RASK group of companies and served as the CEO and Founder. In the same year, they also became the CEO of РАСК. ИН-АГРО. In 2015, Chemerys Roman co-founded BidOn Games Studio, where they specialized in game development using Unity/C# and worked on over 30 game projects. In 2017, they became a co-founder of VREAL SOFT. Most recently, in 2022, they became a co-founder at UBM SOFT.

Chemerys Roman attended the East European University of Economics and Management from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Economic Cybernetics. They obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner® from Scrum Alliance in April 2015, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in December 2014, Budgetary management company from Q & R Consulting Firm, Inc in April 2014, and PMP Certified from Project Management Institute in November 2010.
