Previously, Monty held the position of Head Of Operations at URBAN FETCH MAN AND VAN LTD from January 2010 to February 2014 and was Head Of Customer Experience at Domino's from February 2006 to February 2010. Monty also worked as Chief Instructor at ADVANTAGE WIMBLEDON Motorcycle training from August 2002 to February 2006, along with serving as an advanced Motorcycle Instructor at DVSA Approved Driving Instructor Branch from April 2002 to January 2006.
