Sylvain Dionne possesses extensive experience in sales and customer experience, currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Sales and Customer Experience at BID Group since April 2013. Throughout tenure at BID Group, Sylvain has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Customer Experience & Sales for Canada & North East USA, Vice President of Sales for the North East Region, and Vice President of Automation - Technologies. Prior experience includes over 15 years at Comact, where Sylvain progressed from Automation Technician to Director of Automation from June 1997 to April 2013.
