Samir H. has over 20 years of work experience, with expertise in technical project management, service engineering, and software development. From 2013 to present, Samir worked as a Specialist Service Engineer Mobile Data at Belgacom International Carrier Services. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2013, Samir served as a Technical Project Manager at Aricent. From 2002 to 2010, Samir held various roles at Alcatel-Lucent, including Project Leader, Technical Market Responsible, Senior Software Engineer, and Service Developer. Samir also worked as a Software Design Engineer at Alcatel from 2000 to 2002. Throughout their career, Samir has been involved in project acquisition, planning, analysis, execution, team management, and crisis management. Samir has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, including working on projects related to mobile data services, IN solutions, revenue management, and customer database development.

Samir H. completed their Master's degree in Informatique at Université Mohamed v faculté des sciences de Rabat, from 1991 to 1995. Samir then pursued further education at Université de Namur, where they obtained a DEA degree in Informatique from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, Samir H. obtained a certification in PRINCE2 Foundation from APMG-International in May 2015.
