Monther Abdallah began their work experience in 2009 as a RF Engineer Trainee at Umniah Belong, where they gained knowledge in network planning procedures, network optimization steps, and TEMS drive test tool operation and analysis. In 2011, they joined Belgacom International Carrier Services as a Specialist Service Engineer, where they were responsible for establishing connections for a wide range of products, establishing transport systems, ensuring transmission path quality through loop/BER tests, and networking on Nokia SR and Cisco ASR series. Their work experience spans both technical and operational roles in the telecommunications industry.

Monther Abdallah obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Applied Science University from the years 2005 to 2010.
