Kunal Jaiswal has over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Kunal is currently employed as an Account Manager for BICS, a position they started in June 2023. Prior to this, Kunal worked at Vodafone from 2013 to 2023, where they held various roles including Market Manager and Commercial Manager, focusing on the Middle East and Africa regions. At Vodafone, they were responsible for devising regional commercial strategies, managing complex deals, and ensuring smooth back-office processes. Before joining Vodafone, Kunal worked at Telconnect LLC as Director of Carrier Services, where they handled carrier relationships and negotiated deals. Kunal also worked at TATA Communications Ltd. as an Assistant Manager, managing international carrier accounts and negotiating contracts. Kunal started their career at Jayshree Infotech Consultant and VoIP Service LLC in managerial roles. Throughout their career, they have achieved several accolades, revenue milestones, and implemented successful deals.

Kunal Jaiswal completed their high school education in Commerce at St. Stephen's School. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Accountancy and Commerce at the University of Calcutta from 2003 to 2006.
