Amjad Darwish has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amjad presently works at BICS as a Specialist Service Engineer, a role they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Huawei Technologies, where they held several positions. From April 2016 to September 2021, they served as a Consultant and Technical Team Leader in the Service Integration Department. In this role, they built and managed a maintenance team, performed technical reviews, and enhanced team capabilities in new technologies such as Cloud. Before that, from November 2014 to March 2016, they worked as a Plan Control Manager for a strategic project, managing resources and maintaining customer interface for project delivery. From February 2013 to December 2014, they served as an Application and Software Department Project Manager, where they led a team for the "MTN Syria Single VAS" project and supervised implementation and installation by external subcontractors. Amjad also designed a full Disaster Recovery site. From November 2009 to March 2013, they worked as a Senior Engineer in the Application and Software Department, where they expanded Huawei CRBT, upgraded Huawei FDA and SMSC, installed Huawei SMS Anti Spamming measures, and executed test cases for new features and releases. Prior to their tenure at Huawei, they worked at Inana Group (GlobalCom) as an Information Technology System Administrator from September 2008 to November 2009. Here, they managed the data center and various systems, including Windows Server Domain Controller and Cisco routers. Amjad began their career at High Tech as a Technical Support Specialist from January 2006 to September 2008. Amjad'sresponsibilities included administrating HP servers, conducting technical reviews and feasibility studies for public sector tenders, implementing large networks, and configuring servers for the public sector.

Amjad Darwish began their education in 2007 at the Syrian Virtual University SVU, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Amjad successfully completed this program in 2011. In 2020, they enrolled at the Higher Institute of Business Administration to pursue an Executive MBA. Though no end year is specified, they are currently pursuing their degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the institute.
