Passionnete Taylor has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2008 as an English Teacher for Boston Public Schools. In 2010, they moved on to become an East Boston Social Centers. In 2017, they took on the role of Accounts Payable Specialist for Bridgewell. In 2019, they became a Senior Accountant for Northshore Community Development Coalition. In 2020, they moved on to become a Senior Accountant for Boston IVF. In 2021, they were a Senior Accountant for Pulmatrix Inc. and currently works as a Senior Accountant for Bicara Therapeutics.

Passionnete Taylor received a Master of Science (MS) in Criminal Justice from Florida Metropolitan University between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sociology from Central State University between 2001 and 2006. Passionnete also completed a Bachelor of Science - BS in Sociology from Central State University.
