Josh Markey is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and computer games technology. Currently serving as a 2nd Line Support Technician at bibliotheca since October 2017, Josh previously held the position of 1st Line Support Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Josh worked as a Desktop Support Technician at Carfinance247 from May 2016 to September 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Games Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University (2012-2015) and an Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT, Networking and System Support from Salford City College (2010-2012). Josh’s foundational education includes GCSEs obtained at Wentworth High School (2005-2010).
