Agmar van Rijn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic advising and program management within the cultural and educational sectors. Currently serving as Strategisch bestuursadviseur at Biblionet Groningen since September 2023, Agmar previously held the role of Algemeen Programmamanager at Stichting Samenwerkende POI's Nederland from August 2022 to September 2023. Prior positions include Programmaleider at Libau and Senior Beleidsmedewerker Cultuur at Provincie Groningen, where Agmar was instrumental in directing decision-making processes for the Meerjaren Innovatieprogramma Bibliotheekwerk.
