Oktaviani Br Sagala started their work experience in 2015 as a Cofounder and Marketing Lead for both Kisse Cookies and Royra Company, which were university projects. In 2016, they interned at Telkom Indonesia as a Business Research and Development Intern. Oktaviani Br then joined Medion Group in 2017 as a Marketing Analyst, where they assisted the Business Planning and Development Assistant Manager in designing, collecting data, and proposing plans for new products and business development. Oktaviani Br also conducted customer loyalty research using NPS and the RAPID Index method. In 2018, Oktaviani joined JULO as a Digital Marketing Associate, where they personally handled performance marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and affiliate. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Digital Marketing Specialist. In 2021, Oktaviani joined both Bibit.id and Stockbit as a Performance Marketing Lead. Overall, they have gained experience in various marketing roles and has a strong background in performance marketing.
Oktaviani Br Sagala completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the School of Business and Management ITB. This education was pursued from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Oktaviani Br Sagala has obtained several certifications. These include being certified in Data-Driven Planning and Marketing Foundations by the Edge Academy at The Trade Desk in April 2021 and March 2021, respectively. They have also obtained a certification in Marketing Analytics from Udemy in March 2021 and a Google Ads App Certification from Google in March 2021.
