Taylor Peyton is a seasoned organizational psychologist with extensive experience in leadership development and workplace psychology. Currently serving as a Senior Organizational Psychologist at BiasSync and President of Mojo Moments, Taylor focuses on addressing unconscious bias and enhancing leadership effectiveness. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at Boston University, where expertise in leadership and organizational theory was developed, and various academic positions, including lecturer and research consultant.
