Amadou N'dane Diallo is an experienced Process & Systems Manager in the mining sector, currently with BIA Group since September 2007. Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing processes for maintenance contracts across African mining sites, supporting business development, and managing customer relationships with significant P&L responsibilities exceeding $20 million. Notable achievements include the successful implementation of SAP Cloud for over 800 users and overseeing project management for major mining fleet operations. Previous experience includes roles at GSK, where Amadou managed a project portfolio exceeding €10 million yearly, and DVS Technology Group, focused on the automotive industry, achieving revenue targets of €20 million. Amadou holds a Master’s in Engineering from the Franco-German Institute for Technology and Business.
