Juan Camilo Otavo Eslava has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2017, they began their career at OPER & MARKETING as a Team Supervisor, where they conducted field and virtual supervision and generated strategies for market research. In the same year, they joined Rappi as a Trainer in Customer Service, responsible for providing initial and continuous training and establishing operational processes.
At Rappi, Juan then took on the role of Performance Analyst Senior, where they generated analysis and action plans, monitored KPIs, and implemented communication channels with BPO partners. As the Performance Assurance Leader, they established fraud detection and control processes and achieved significant monetary recoveries. Finally, as the CRM & Automatization Leader, they managed user and incident management teams and implemented processes for BPO partners.
After their tenure at Rappi, Juan joined dondoctor as a Customer Experience Manager, focusing on enhancing customer experience. Currently, they are working at Bia, holding the position of CX & Automation Lead, where they utilize their skills in customer experience and automation.
Juan Camilo Otavo Eslava began their education in 2021 at Universidad Manuela Beltrán, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. Juan Camilo is expected to graduate in 2025. In addition to their formal education, Juan Camilo has obtained several certifications. In December 2021, they completed the Professional Scrum Course and the Product Management Course, both offered by Platzi. In November 2021, they obtained the Fundamentals of Product Management certification, also from Platzi. Prior to that, in October 2021, they completed the Fundamentals of Project Management and Project Planning courses from Platzi as well. In September 2021, Juan Camilo obtained a certification in PostgreSQL from Udemy, specializing in the complete understanding of PostgreSQL.
