Rui Afeiteira is a seasoned professional in the field of information management and business intelligence, currently serving as a Co-Founder of DAMA Portugal's Lisbon Forming Chapter and as an Adjunct Lecturer at NOVA IMS Information Management School since January 2024 and September 2023 respectively, focusing on Data Governance education. As Chief Information Officer at BI4ALL since September 2008, Rui plays a key role in shaping the company's strategic initiatives related to data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics. Holding various leadership positions, Rui has been instrumental in developing the company’s Center of Excellence and fostering an innovative learning culture, while also managing business development, project management, and team leadership functions across numerous domains. Rui Afeiteira holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
