David Still III has extensive engineering experience, primarily with Bi-State Development since 2004, where current roles include Maintenance of Way Engineer and Project Manager III, overseeing infrastructure upgrades and contract management. Previous positions at Bi-State Development involved asset management and construction oversight, as well as technical support. Prior to this, David served as a Construction Administrator at STV, a Quality Assurance Engineer with Morrison Knudsen, and a Construction Inspector for the Missouri Department of Transportation. David's career began at the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Civil Engineering Technician. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Tuskegee University.
