Clifton Silas has extensive experience in the rail industry, currently serving as the Light-Rail Controller Manager at Bi-State Development since May 2017. Prior roles include Railcar Maintenance Supervisor at GBW Railcar Services, overseeing the maintenance of food carrier freight cars, and several positions at CN from October 2007 to November 2016, where responsibilities ranged from Locomotive Quality Assurance Inspector to Warehouse Manager/Superintendent and various supervisory roles. Earlier experience includes work as a Locomotive Mechanic at QUALITY RAIL SERVICE, INC and multiple positions at ASF-Keystone, Inc. Clifton Silas completed education at East Saint Louis Senior High School, graduating in June 2005.
