Mark Homan is a Managing Partner at Baily Homan Smyth McVeigh, a position held since March 2012, where expertise lies in commercial litigation. Prior to this role, Mark was a Committee Member for the Law Society Business Law Committee from 2012 to 2015. Mark obtained a BBLS in Law and Commerce from University College Dublin from 1996 to 2000, followed by a Diploma in Commercial Law from The Law Society of Ireland in 2003.
