Alejandra Gelerstein is a seasoned professional in procurement and category management, currently serving as Principal Innovation Procurement at BHP since October 2018, with a focus on aligning supply needs with market strategies and negotiating in IT and OT technology sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Strategic Sourcing Manager at LATAM Airlines, where Alejandra led software contract negotiations, and as an IT Negotiator, executing significant negotiation strategies worth over $250 million. Earlier experiences include positions at Coca-Cola Andina, where financial analysis and KPI development were key responsibilities, and roles at Hidrogestion S.A. and Ausenco as a project engineer and intern, respectively.
