Vicki Andreadis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at BHI since July 2021, Vicki has previously held roles including Senior Counsel at RBC Capital Markets from October 2019 to July 2021 and Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Jefferies LLC from July 2012 to October 2019. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Attorney General in the Investor Protection Bureau at the New York Attorney General's Office from May 2008 to July 2012 and as a Litigation Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from September 2002 to May 2008. Vicki Andreadis holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School (2002) and a Bachelor of Arts in political science and psychology from Barnard College (1997).
