Luis Rodriguez has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Luis started their career at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in 2009, where they held the position of Senior Manager until June 2021. During their time at UKG, they were responsible for overseeing software engineering projects.

In 2009, Luis also started working at Ultimate Software, where they held various roles throughout their tenure. Luis began as a Software Engineer and was involved in designing, developing, and validating new product functionality. Luis then moved on to become an Iteration Manager, where they facilitated the coordination and delivery of software development projects. Later, they became a Manager of Software Engineering, and finally, a Senior Manager until June 2021.

Currently, Luis is working at BHG Financial as the Director of Software Engineering, a position they assumed in May 2022.

Luis Rodriguez obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Florida International University between 2005 and 2009.
