Frank Gardner is an experienced professional in environmental management, currently serving as the Western Operations Manager at Bhate Environmental Associates since June 2003. In this role, Frank oversees soil and groundwater remediation projects across the Western United States and is involved in business development and proposal preparation. Prior to this position, Frank was the Group Leader at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from December 1985 to April 2002, and also held the role of operations manager and senior technical lead at Lockheed Martin under contract with Oak Ridge. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Eastern Michigan University between 1976 and 1980.
