Shilpi Agarwal is currently working as a Lead Analytics at airtel since April 2022. Prior to this, Shilpi held positions such as Lead Data Analyst and Decision Scientist II at Innovaccer from September 2018 to April 2022. Shilpi also worked at 1mg as an Assistant Manager, Analytics and Senior Business Analyst from May 2015 to September 2018. With a background in ceramic engineering from National Institute of Technology Rourkela, Shilpi started their career as a Trainee at Tata Steel in May 2012. Throughout their career, Shilpi has gained valuable experience in analytics and decision science roles at various companies.
