Ankit Naugai has been employed at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited as a Junior Telecom Officer since April 2010, where responsibilities include managing the Customer Service Center. Prior to this role, Ankit worked as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Intelenet Global Services from December 2009 to February 2010, handling inquiries related to train services for the National Railway Enquiry in the United Kingdom. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication from Graphic Era Institute of Technology, completed in 2009, and completed 12th grade at Kendriya Vidyalaya Janakpuri, New Delhi, in 2005.
