Prior to that, worked as a Senior Support Engineer at InKnowTech Private Ltd and Tech Mahindra, and as a Customer Support Associate at Vodafone. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Al-falah University and a Diploma in Computer Science Engineering from Maulana Azad National Urdu University.
