Richa Baronia is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as a Senior R&D Scientist at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited since September 2024. Prior to this role, Richa worked as a Senior Manager - Catalyst Expert at Chakr Innovation from December 2022 to August 2024, and as an R&D Scientist at UOP India Private Limited, HITC from July 2019 to November 2022. Richa holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Fuel Cells and Electrochemistry from the National Physical Laboratory, attained between 2014 and 2019, a Master's degree in Materials Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (2011-2013), and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak (2007-2011).
