Kelly Thomas has a diverse work experience. Kelly began their career in 2012 as a Leasing Consultant at Fairfield Residential before moving on to become an Assistant Property Manager in 2013. In 2015, they joined Northwood Ravin as an Assistant Community Manager. Kelly then transitioned to BGSF in 2016, starting as a Staffing Coordinator before being promoted to Regional Operations Manager in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director of Operations at BGSF.

Kelly Thomas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2008 to 2012.
