Shamshad Bashir currently serves as the Deputy Branch Manager for iCare Peterborough, a voluntary role undertaken since January 2021, where leadership and oversight of the organization's mission and goals have been primary responsibilities, along with managing a team of volunteers. Concurrently, Shamshad has been an IBM Power Server Analyst at BGL Group since January 2017, playing a vital role in managing IBM infrastructure that supports millions of customers. Skills acquired include maintenance of various IBM systems, backup strategies, project management, and documentation creation, alongside responsibilities in user access and participating in the On Call Rota.
