Daniel Wassell is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in delivering sustainability solutions and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Head of BGIS Direct since September 2018, Daniel leads a team focused on achieving energy efficiency for government clients through lighting and solar upgrades. Previous roles include Transformation Project Manager and BSAFE Implementation Project Manager at BGIS, where Daniel facilitated critical connections between business units and ensured successful project delivery. Prior to BGIS, Daniel managed operations at The RESTORE, a Not-for-Profit enterprise, and owned WireUp.com.au, an electrical contracting business. Daniel began their career in electrical supervision with companies such as Bruce Electrical and Zane Electrical, building a solid technical foundation. Educationally, Daniel holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from QUT.
