Patrick Sebastian has extensive work experience in the field of systems engineering and program management. Patrick started their career at Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training in 1995, serving as a Software Integrated Product Team Lead for over 10 years. Patrick then transitioned into the role of Systems Engineer, supporting the Lead Systems Engineer in various activities including requirements development and integration. In 2007, they were promoted to Lead Systems Engineer, responsible for managing and coordinating the integration of training device software across all fielded sites. In 2011, they became a Technical Lead, taking on additional responsibilities in leading design reviews. In 2014, Patrick joined STERIS Corporation as a Lead Systems Engineer, focusing on system development and management. Patrick then progressed to the role of Systems Engineering Manager, overseeing the system engineering activities of the company. After their tenure at STERIS Corporation, Patrick joined Lockheed Martin once again in 2017 as an Engineering Program Manager, responsible for the overall management and coordination of engineering programs. Currently, they are working at BGI, LLC as a Principal Systems Engineer.
Patrick Sebastian earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) degree with a specialization in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University. Patrick completed their studies at the university from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in July 2020.
