LaDeja Lippencott is an experienced youth development professional with a strong background in supporting children and adolescents. Currently serving as a Youth Development Professional/Program Lead at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington since October 2020, LaDeja provides support for youth ages six to eighteen in virtual learning environments while closely monitoring their intellectual, social, and emotional growth. Previous roles include positions as an Early Childhood Assistant at Lean On Us Unity Childcare, a Crisis Counselor at Restorative Youth Services, and a Summer Enrichment Leader at The Y (YMCA), among others. LaDeja also has experience as an AmeriCorps member, where community event planning and social media management were key responsibilities. A high school graduate from Seneca Valley High School, LaDeja has developed a diverse skill set focused on youth advocacy and education throughout various roles in childcare and community service.
