Ayanna Holmes currently serves as the AARP Foundation Experience Corps Program Coordinator at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ayanna was the School Administrator at Adas Israel Congregation from February 2022 to May 2023. Experience at Achievement Prep includes roles as Operations Coordinator and Alumni and Special Projects Coordinator from June 2020 to October 2021, as well as a stint as People Team Intern in May 2019. Ayanna's early career featured an internship with the Cheathem White Scholarship Program and work as a Resident Assistant at North Carolina Central University from August 2017 to June 2020. Ayanna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from North Carolina Central University.
