Patrick Grover, PhD, P.Eng, CSPO, is a Principal Hydro technical Engineer at BGC Engineering since July 2015, providing senior-level technical consultancy, project management, and leadership in the oil and gas and mining sectors. Prior to this role, Patrick served as a Project Engineer at 4DM Inc from December 2001 to June 2015, overseeing project lifecycles and serving as the technical point of contact for customers. Earlier experience includes a consultancy at Water Survey of Canada, focusing on hydrological trends, and a teaching assistantship at the University of Waterloo in civil engineering. Patrick holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, alongside a MASc in Water Resources and a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
