Lauren Bowden is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in recruitment, training, and development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at BGB Group since October 2020, Lauren has previously held roles including Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator. At Twenty Group from June 2016 to March 2020, Lauren led the training and development initiatives, managing junior recruiters and introducing continuous development courses focused on sales and leadership. Additionally, Lauren has experience as a Recruitment Consultant and has worked in various roles in the retail and education sectors, including a freelance English tutor in Greece. Lauren earned a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016.
