Birgit Themann has extensive experience in software development and analysis, currently serving as a Business Analyst and Product Owner at BG-Phoenics GmbH since January 2011. In addition to leading Scrum teams and agile software development efforts, Birgit has a background in software testing as a Softwaretest-Analyst. Prior to BG-Phoenics GmbH, Birgit worked as an IT Software Developer at Schlütersche Verlagsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG from September 1992 to 2010, contributing to a solid foundation in technology and project management.
