Scott Ashwood started their work experience in 2000 as an Account Manager at EastCoast CAD/CAM. In 2010, they joined Bonded Filter Co. as the Division Manager for the Northern Regions, where they led multiple regions in various areas such as recruitment, employee retention, safety practices, budget control, and quality service. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President at Bonded Filter Co.

Scott Ashwood attended Colgate University from 1993 to 1997.
