Ron Vick has over 30 years of work experience in finance and leadership roles. Ron is currently the Chief Financial Officer at BFC Solutions. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dorner Mfg. Corp. from 2017 to 2021. Ron also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Essen BioScience and Martin Engineering. Ron has significant international experience and led the acquisition process for multiple businesses. Earlier in their career, they held various financial roles at Mac Tools, Newell Brands, Newell Rubbermaid, and Dana Holding Corporation.

Ron Vick has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Accounting and Finance from Bowling Green State University, which they obtained between 1984 and 1989. Ron also attended Admiral King High School from 1980 to 1984, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Pre-College/Accounting. In 1992, they attended the University of Oklahoma for Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, but did not graduate. In 2007, they pursued an EMBA in Leadership at Bradley University, completing it in 2008.
