Abbie Harper began their work experience in 2007 as a Sales Representative at W. R. Grace, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they joined BFC Solutions as the Integration and Process, VP, and is currently in that role. Additionally, from 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot, and from 2009 to 2012, they served as an Administrative Assistant at the Masonry Institute of Tennessee.

Abbie Harper obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Concrete Industrial Management from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 2002 and 2006.
