Katarzyna Rychwalska is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of the HR Department and IT Recruiter at BF Games since 2017, while also holding the position of HR Manager at Optimo Development Sp. z o.o. since January 2016. Previously, Katarzyna worked as a Specialist in Personnel and Payroll and Junior Accountant at PPHU "ROGER" Kancelaria Doradcy Podatkowego from April 2010 to December 2015. Katarzyna Rychwalska holds a Master’s degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Lodz.
