Rachel M. Roberts, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at Bezos Academy since August 2023. Previously, Rachel held various leadership positions at Brevard Public Schools, including Director of Elementary Leading and Learning and Principal, from May 2017 to August 2023. Rachel's experience also includes serving as Principal at Odyssey Preparatory Academy and Assistant Principal at District of Columbia Public Schools. Additional roles comprise Master Educator in Early Childhood Education, Content and Information Analyst, National Head Start Fellow, Literacy Coach, and Head Start Teacher. Rachel holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership from Antioch University, a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from Michigan State University, and two Master’s degrees from Western Governors University in Education (Elementary and PreK) and Educational Leadership and Administration.
