Cate Ciccarelli-Melanson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contract management and procurement. Currently serving as Senior Contracts Manager at Bottomline Technologies since March 2021, Cate directs global procurement contract management, providing legal support, conducting contract reviews, and overseeing negotiation processes. Previously, as Senior Manager of Contracts at The Endurance International Group, Cate excelled in negotiating customer agreements and managing an average of 700 contracts annually. Cate's earlier roles include Project Manager at John Hancock Financial Services, where risk management activities were expertly overseen, and Contract Manager at John Hancock, wherein complex contracts were negotiated, contributing to significant revenue increases. Cate holds an MBA in Finance from Centenary University, a BA in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Massachusetts School of Law.
