Raymond Bédard CertAdEd, MCLA is an experienced instructional designer and learning consultant with a diverse background in training and development across various sectors. Currently employed at Beyond the Sky as an Instructional Designer, Raymond also serves as a Learning Consultant at End2End Training Solutions and holds a certification as a facilitator for the Alternatives to Violence Project. With a history of mentoring and coaching at Vaughan Systems and a role in recruitment for Cuso International, Raymond has contributed to curriculum development for safety training at Tokmakjian Group. An established educator with a Master Certificate in Sales Leadership from Schulich School of Business and extensive experience as a Master Trainer with the Canadian Urban Transit Association, Raymond has dedicated a significant portion of career to enhancing instructional methodologies and learning outcomes in both public and private sectors.
