Vincent Mechele's work experience begins in 2005 as a Tennis Instructor at T.C. Bruineput. Vincent then worked as a Tennis G.O. at Club Med in 2010. In 2011, they transitioned to Le Grand Salon and worked as a bartender and waiter until 2014. During this time, they also became a Sales Representative at Solvay Brussels School Student Consulting Club from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, Mechele took on the role of an External Consultant for Startups at Lime Tech and became the Managing Partner at Iconic Matter. Vincent later co-founded Startup Factory in 2016 and served as the COO & Co-Founder of NoisePanda from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Mechele became the CEO & Co-Founder of My Room Abroad, a platform connecting certified landlords with international students. Their most recent role is as a Senior Software Engineer at Beyond, starting in 2021.

Vincent Mechele obtained a Master's degree in Advanced Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, where they studied from 2009 to 2016. In 2015 and 2016, they pursued an Erasmus program at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
