Javier Vazquez is an accomplished Information Technology Manager with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving at Beyond Meat since October 2020. Prior to this role, Javier held a similar position at Devault Foods for 26 years, from August 1994 to October 2020. Javier's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from Inter American University of Puerto Rico, completed from August 1988 to May 1992, and further studies at Penn State University from August 2003 to August 2008.
