Vice President Of New Product Development at Beyond Meat

Huu Ngo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and scientific research, currently serving as Vice President of New Product Development at Beyond Meat since October 2014. Huu Ngo has held various roles at Beyond Meat, including Director of New Product Development and Principal Scientist, leading cross-functional teams to create and optimize plant-based products, supporting scale-up efforts, and driving the commercialization of innovative products like the Beyond Burger. Prior to this, Huu Ngo contributed to molecular biology research as a Postdoc Associate at Howard Hughes Medical Institute and as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the California Institute of Technology, focusing on the interactions between mitochondrial transcription machinery and DNA binding proteins. Huu Ngo began an academic career as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Riverside, earning a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology.
