Angel Guajardo has a diverse range of work experience. Angel is currently a Co-Founder and Controls Software Engineer at Beyond Kinematics, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Controls Engineer at ICON from October 2021 to February 2023. Angel also worked as an Automation Control Engineer at Bright Machines from April 2021 to October 2021.

Before joining Bright Machines, Angel worked at Tenaris, where they held multiple roles. Angel was an Automation, Robotics, & Vision - BMG L6 Engineer from March 2020 to April 2021. Angel also served as an Electrical/Electronics L4 Engineer - Robotics BMG from November 2018 to April 2021 and as an Electrical / Electronics L3 Engineer from August 2017 to April 2021.

Earlier in their career, Angel worked as a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer at Strong Industries for a brief period from March 2016 to October 2016. Angel also gained experience as an Electrical Engineer at RMS Welding from March 2015 to January 2016.

Angel's work experience also includes a role as a 3D CAD Designer at AG Robotics from January 2014 to December 2014. Angel started their career as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Atec, Inc. from March 2014 to September 2014.

Additionally, Angel has worked as a Fracture Mechanics Technician at Exova Group plc from July 2013 to March 2014 and as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Texas Space Grant Consortium from January 2013 to December 2013.

Angel Guajardo completed their education history as follows:

From 2010 to 2015, Angel attended Houston Community College and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Following that, from 2013 to 2015, Angel attended the University of Texas at Tyler and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Angel also obtained several certifications. Angel completed the "Cognex In-Sight Machine Vision Industrial Development SCADA" certification from Udemy in March 2021. In January 2020, they received the "ABB Robotics - Mechanical Maintenance" certification from ABB. In May 2019, they obtained the "ABB Robotics - IRC5 Electrical Troubleshooting" certification from ABB. In February 2018, they completed the "ABB Robotics - Custom Training" certification from ABB.

Furthermore, Angel has acquired additional certifications such as "Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python" from MITx on edX in November 2016, "CNC Machining" from Lone Star College in May 2010, "CNC Programming" from Lone Star College in May 2010, "Manual Machines" from Lone Star College in May 2010, "Precision Tools" from Lone Star College in May 2010, and "Shielded Arc Welding" from Lone Star College in May 2010.

Most recently, in August 2022, Angel obtained the "Control System Design with MATLAB and Simulink Certificate" from MathWorks.
