Lucy Sharman is an experienced Housing Manager at Beyond Housing UK since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing a team of Housing Officers to enhance tenancy sustainment, reduce anti-social behavior (ASB), and collaborate with partner organizations. Prior roles include serving as a qualified workplace mediator and community mediator, focusing on conflict resolution and improved quality of life for customers. Earlier experience includes being a Care Act Advocate and Safeguarding Lead at Advocacy Alliance, where support was provided to vulnerable customers, alongside managing a team of volunteers to deliver advocacy services. Lucy's career also features various customer service roles, including Front of House Manager at Watling Coffee House and Harrys Lounge Bar and Brasserie, as well as a Cope and Recovery Advisor at Victim Support. Lucy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2017, after graduating from Prudhoe Community High School in 2014.
